  • Detail

According to the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China, at present, according to the continuous decline in the growth rate in the first quarter of 2015, the epidemic of wooden packaging of goods exported to China in Japan is complex and there are many violations, posing a threat to China's forestry and environmental safety. Relevant departments have repeatedly found that the pollution caused by the plastic granulator process is often an important source of environmental pollution in China. Pine wood nematodes were intercepted from the wooden packaging of Japanese goods exported to China

according to incomplete statistics, in the past month, six entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin, Beijing and Jiangsu have intercepted pine wood nematodes from wood packaging exported from Japan to China, and found a total of 430 batches of false wood packaging statements. The General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China (AQSIQ) said that it would continue to take strict inspection and quarantine measures for wooden packaging exported from Japan to China to protect China's forestry and environmental safety

it is understood that from January 1, 2000 to May 15, 2001, 127 batches of pests were detected from wooden packages of Japanese goods exported to China at Shenzhen Port alone, including 15 batches of pine wood nematodes and 112 batches of pine wood nematodes, small rod nematodes, slippery blade nematodes and umbrella slippery blade nematodes. At the same time, relevant departments also found that there were many violations in the wooden packaging of Japanese goods exported to China from Shenzhen port. Japanese businessmen did not issue relevant certificates or statements as required, and did not provide the true situation of the wooden packaging of the goods. In 2000, Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Bureau accepted a total of 120000 batches of imported goods from Japan, including 26000 batches without any certificate or statement, accounting for 21% of the imported goods from Japan. Among the 1599 batches of goods with non coniferous wood packaging declaration issued by Japanese merchants, 1205 batches with coniferous wood packaging were inspected, and the false declaration accounted for 75%. In addition, the Japanese side issued false heat treatment certificates and the problem of non-standard format is also serious. In 2000, Shenzhen Port received a total of 5009 official heat treatment certificates issued by Japan, of which 1548 wooden packages certified by certificates were spot checked, and 61 batches of pests were intercepted, accounting for 3.94%

it is reported that from April 26 to May 30 this year, Shenzhen Port returned 40 batches of goods from Japan, destroyed 11 batches of wooden packaging from Japan, and rejected 168 batches of goods that could not provide any certificates or statements or provided non-standard certificates for inspection
